Small, but powerful

The most modern manufacturing technologies and an intelligent construction of the component and especially the antenna allow the sensor to be one of the smallest sensors available on the market. The compact format and the low weight of the new sensor of only 500g allows a trouble-free positioning on the tractor, combine harvester or any other vehicle. This CE-certificated sensor is especially suited for applications in harsh environments (vibration, humidity, dust, temperature, etc.).

Typical applications for the Radar III sensor can be found in the area of the agriculture as for example for the traction control system on tractors, for speed measurement on intelligent planters and drills, sprayers and spreaders. But also in other application areas like for construction or forestry equipment it can be necessary to determine the speed regardless of the wheel rotation or the rotation of the shaft.
